Travel time to and from Reno-Tahoe International Airport is approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the stop location, traffic, and weather. Fares and schedules are subject to change. North Lake Tahoe Express cannot assume responsibility for making airline connections.

Reservations must be cancelled 24-hours in advance to avoid full charge. Frequent Rider Passes are Non-Refundable.
Please meet your driver at the North Lake Tahoe Express airport counter; located in Baggage Claim outside of door D in the Reno-Tahoe International Airport. All passengers must be ready to depart at scheduled times.
Please be ready 5 to 10 minutes early to allow time for loading luggage. The driver cannot wait if passengers are late. Departure times will be earlier if there is a winter storm.
There are two locations where you can park your car overnight to travel via the North Lake Tahoe Express airport shuttle.
If a round trip is changed to a one way trip the one-way rate will apply for the trip. All cancellations and advanced notice itinerary changes must be completed 24 hours prior to trip. To cancel or change your reservation, please call (833) 709-8080.
Pets are permitted aboard the NLTE. For safety reasons, your pet must stay in their travel container at all times while aboard the vehicle. Exceptions may be made for certified service animals.
The NLTE requires the use of child safety seats per California state law. Parents are required to bring a child seat for their children to use aboard the NLTE. Children who do not have an appropriate child seat will not be allowed to travel on the NLTE.
